(1) Material: Industrial waste salt (mainly NaCl); Processing capacity: 2000Kg/h;
(2) Moisture content before drying:<5% (moisture content is water); Requirement for moisture content after drying:<0.5%;
(3) Material properties: powdery, easily hygroscopic, wet bulk density: 1.15 g/cm3, dry bulk density: 1.20 g/cm3.
(4) The material in contact with the material is 316L, while the rest of the material is made of 304 stainless steel.
(5) Dust removal uses cyclone separation for dust removal.

Principle of vibrating fluidized bed dryer:
The vibrating fluidized bed dryer is driven by the excitation force generated by the vibrating motor, causing the motor to vibrate and the material to jump forward on the air cloth board. At the same time, the hot air input from the bottom of the drying bed makes the material in a fluidized state and fully contacts with the hot air for heat and mass transfer.
After being heated by the heat exchanger, the cold air enters the air chamber of the dryer through the fluidized bed inlet. Wet materials enter the fluidized bed uniformly and continuously from the feed inlet. Under the dual effects of vibration generated by the vibration motor and uniform distribution of hot air flow through the air distribution plate, they are suspended and fully in contact with the hot air flow, completing the drying process. After drying, the exhaust gas is subjected to dust removal and then blown and discharged by a induced draft fan. The dried product is discharged from the discharge outlet.
