6、 Boiling dryer

Boiling dryer is a type of drying equipment, also known as fluidized bed, generally composed of a heater, boiling bed host, cyclone separator, bag filter, induced draft fan, and control panel. According to the different properties of the materials, cyclone separators or bag filters can be selected as needed.

Boiling dryer uses air heated by a heat exchanger to form hot air that is distributed into the main unit through a valve plate. Wet materials enter the dryer from the feeder. Due to the effect of air pressure, the materials form a boiling state in the dryer and come into extensive contact with hot air, thus completing material drying in a relatively short time.


7、 Paddle dryer

Wedge shaped hollow blades are densely arranged on the hollow shaft, and the heat medium flows through the blades through the hollow shaft. The heat transfer area within a unit effective volume is large, and the temperature of the heat medium ranges from -40 to 320 ° C. It can be water vapor or liquid, such as hot water, heat transfer oil, etc. Indirectly transferring heat without carrying air to take away heat, the heat is used to heat the material, and the heat loss is only due to the heat dissipation to the environment through the insulation layer of the device. The wedge-shaped blade heat transfer surface has a self-cleaning function, and the relative motion between material particles and the wedge-shaped surface produces a washing effect, which can wash away the attachments on the wedge-shaped surface and maintain a clean heat transfer surface during trial operation.

The dryer uses steam, hot water, or thermal oil as the heating medium, and the shaft end is equipped with a rotating joint for introducing and exporting the heat medium. The heating medium is divided into two paths, which enter the jacket of the dryer body and the inner cavity of the blade shaft respectively. The body and blade shaft are heated simultaneously, and the material is heated and dried by conduction heating. The dried material is quantitatively and continuously fed into the feeding port of the dryer by the screw feeder. The material enters behind the dryer and is flipped and stirred by the rotation of the blade, constantly updating the heating interface. It comes into contact with the body and blade and is fully heated, causing the surface moisture contained in the material to evaporate. At the same time, the material is transported in a spiral trajectory towards the discharge port with the rotation of the blade shaft, and continues to stir during transportation to evaporate the water seeping out of the sludge.
