Before installation, check whether all components are intact and undamaged, and clean the internal structure thoroughly.
2. After timely installation, before commissioning, check whether lubricating grease can be introduced into Binda dry bearing with seat, or add proper lubricating grease. Generally, No.2 molybdenum disulfide composite calcium based grease or other high-temperature resistant lubricating grease is selected.
3. Before installing the rotary joint, carefully read the instructions for using the rotary joint, install it properly, and avoid damaging the sealing gasket.
