Boiling granulation dryer, also known as one-step granulator, utilizes the bonding effect of adhesive to bridge and aggregate solid powders, gradually forming particles.
Place the powdered material for granulation into a fluidized bed, and cool air enters through a filter, heated by a heater. After the cold air temperature rises to the process temperature, it enters the fluidized bed to circulate the powder in a fluidized state. At the same time, a mist like adhesive is sprayed to wet the powder in the container, causing the powder to aggregate into loose small particles. During granulation, the moisture continuously evaporates and is carried away by the hot air.
