1. Before starting the machine, check the three air sources, drain the water, and ensure that the oil level is sufficient. Overpressure or overload is not allowed.
2. For different materials, attention should be paid to controlling the feed rate to ensure smooth operation. Especially, it is not allowed to add a large amount of substances to the material or use large metal blocks or hard blocks to avoid damaging the equipment.
3. After the debugging personnel make adjustments, equipment users are not allowed to arbitrarily change the position of the adjustment mechanism. It is necessary to regularly observe whether the current is within the rated range of the motor, otherwise the cause should be immediately identified and resolved.
4. When the blade shaft rotates, the inlet valve and condensate discharge valve should be slowly opened. The jacket and blade shaft should slowly introduce steam. Pressure reducing valves and safety valves must not be adjusted beyond their rated pressure. When the steam pressure meets the specified requirements and the equipment is operating normally, wet materials can be evenly fed into the dryer.
5. Open the observation mirror cover on the bearing body and observe whether the sealing ring leaks; Apply the gear meshing part and chain in a timely manner, pay attention to dust prevention and cover with a dust cover.
6. After using the equipment for one week, the lubricating oil in the pressure reducer should be drained and replaced with new oil of the same model.
