1. Precautions for maintaining safety
1.1. It is necessary to strictly follow the process operation procedures for starting, running, and stopping, and strictly comply with various safety regulations.
1.2. It is prohibited to wipe the operating parts of the equipment during operation.
1.3. Before starting the dryer, it must be turned.
1.4. Do not rinse motors and equipment with water.
2. Maintenance safety precautions
2.1 Before maintenance, the maintenance task book must be handled according to regulations. Before the maintenance of the dryer, the equipment and pipelines must be cleaned properly. Only after the cleaning is qualified can maintenance be carried out.
2.2. Before maintenance, the power supply must be cut off and a sign reading "Working, No Switching on" must be hung at the power supply.
2.3. When conducting hot work on the production site, a hot work permit must be obtained and permission must be obtained before hot work can be carried out.
3. Safety precautions for test drive
3.1 The test drive work should be handled by a dedicated person, with unified command and operation by a dedicated person
3.2. The drying rack and its surroundings should be free of debris and clearly marked with testing signs. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from entering the testing site.
When problems occur during the test drive, the machine should be stopped for handling, and the dryer should not be started until the fault is resolved.
3.4 During load testing, the feeding amount must comply with regulations and overloading operation is strictly prohibited
