Working principle of sludge single axis disc dryer
The sludge single axis disc dryer is composed of a horizontal shell, a main shaft with steam heating, a transmission system, and an electronic control system. Multiple heating discs are installed on the shaft, and the discs are equipped with adjustable angle scrapers. During operation, it can both heat materials and move the heated materials along the discharge end direction. The steam distribution device inside the shaft can evenly distribute the steam to each heating disc, and the steam flows through the discs on both sides of the disc to maintain a constant temperature. The condensed water is discharged through the rotating joint at the shaft end.
With the rotation of the spindle, the material is thoroughly stirred and mixed under the joint action of the scraper and the disc, increasing the heat exchange area. The waste gas generated after heating is discharged from the top of the shell, and a weak vacuum is maintained inside the pipeline to prevent steam from leaking out and avoid inhaling too much cold air.
