1. Pay attention to whether the current is within the rated value of the motor, otherwise the cause should be immediately identified and resolved.
2. For different materials, attention should be paid to controlling the feeding speed to ensure smooth operation, especially not forcing a large amount of material to be added.
3. The material loading amount, i.e. the height of the discharge level, can be adjusted using the discharge adjustment mechanism. After adjustment, the position should generally not be changed arbitrarily.
4. Pay attention that the temperature of the bearing body should not exceed 70 º C, and high-quality lubricating grease should be added in a timely manner. Adjust the cooling water volume of the cooling device at the bearing body and shaft seal packing in a timely manner.
5. Open the sight hole cover on the bearing body and observe whether there is any leakage in the seals at all locations. If there is leakage at the packing seal, the packing gland can be tightened or the packing can be replaced.
6. Lubricating grease should be applied to the meshing parts of the gears in a timely manner, and attention should be paid to dust prevention and covering with dust covers.
7. Overpressure or overload operation is not allowed.
After the first week of equipment use, drain the lubricating oil in the reducer and replace it with new oil of the same model.
