1、Overview:

2、Structure and working principle:
(1) The main structure of the WFS series pulverizer is composed of a feeding section pulverization system, a sorting system, a material collection and dust removal, and an induced draft system. The main driving device consists of a pulverization box, a feeding hopper, a moving knife, and a gear ring grading and screening. The material collection is composed of pipelines, cyclone separators, and closing buckets or fans. The dust removal includes bag filters, suction fans, etc.
(2) Working principle: There are multi toothed blade cutters inside the crushing chamber, and reverse toothed ring gears on the outer ring corresponding to the power. When the material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper and discharge port, it runs at high speed under the action of the driving source, and the material is sheared and impacted in the fixed blade to achieve the purpose of long fiber crushing. At the rear of the crushing chamber is the screening section. During the crushing process, the crushed materials in the crushing chamber move towards the screening due to the action of the induced draft fan. Fine materials can pass through the sieve with the airflow, while coarse materials are classified and driven back to the crushing chamber for re crushing.
The screened material enters the cyclone separation through the pipeline for collection, and the remaining dust enters the bag filter for a second collection.
