The QG series pulse air flow dryer is a large-scale drying equipment that adopts the principle of instant drying. It uses the rapid movement of heat carrying air to drive wet materials, suspending them in the hot air and enhancing the entire drying process
Product Introduction
The machine adopts a fully enclosed form, with all components made of stainless steel and equipped with a three-stage purification device. The filtered air meets the requirement of 100000 level. The cylinder and top are equipped with cold wall devices to keep the wall temperature below 80 ℃, and the drying tower is equipped with an air brush sweeping device. After being dried by this machine, the traditional Chinese medicine extract powder will not undergo coking or deterioration, greatly increasing the powder collection rate (over 95%), and will not produce mixing or sticking phenomena.
Working principle
The high-speed centrifugal spray device for Chinese herbal extracts is the application of centrifugal spray drying technology in the drying of specific materials. It is also a drying device that uses high-speed centrifugal atomizers to disperse materials into mist, fully contact with hot air, complete instant drying, and form powder products.
Performance characteristics
◎ The tower body has a cold air jacket;
◎ The tower is equipped with an automatic vibration device;
◎ The tower body and pipelines are equipped with quick opening cleaning holes and drainage holes;
◎ Can be equipped with an automatic control constant temperature feeding tank;
◎ Can be equipped with manual high-pressure washing tower accessories;
◎ The part in contact with the material is made of stainless steel material; (or made entirely of stainless steel);
◎ Material collection adopts two-stage cyclone dust removal device, or one-stage
◎ Cyclone dust collector and wet dust collector;
◎ Automatic control and continuous device for inlet air temperature.
◎ Can be equipped with a gas scanning device.
