ZGH vertical high-speed mixer is a newly developed high-efficiency mixer by our company, which integrates advanced technologies from home and abroad. Its main features are as follows:
● Utilize the centrifugal force generated by the vertical high-speed rotating blade installed at the bottom of the machine body and apply it to the material, forming a vortex shape with the outer periphery rolling upwards and the center concave downwards, to fully mix the inner and outer rings, upper and lower layers of the material;
● Using the high-speed crushing blade installed on the side wall of the machine, the material rolling up from the outer ring is crushed, while also acting as a disturbance, increasing the relative motion between the materials and improving the mixing effect;
● Due to the combined effect of the two types of blades mentioned above, the material can be fully and uniformly mixed in a relatively short period of time, and its efficiency is unmatched by other types of mixers in China;
● The mixing bin has no dead corners, allows for quick feeding, and is easy to clean;
● The material contact parts of the machine are made of stainless steel, and there will be no material volatilization, deterioration, or loss during the mixing process, ensuring the process ratio requirements;
