JRF series coal-fired hot blast stove
JRF series coal-fired hot blast stove

Product Overview :
This furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange into a new indirect heating technology that uses high-temperature parts of the furnace body for heat exchange. Smoke and air flow separately, making heating environmentally friendly, with high thermal efficiency (up to 60-75%), fast heating, small size, easy installation, reliable use, and low price. The performance characteristics adopt high temperature resistance measures, which greatly extend its service life compared to the tube type hot air stove. It also adopts longitudinal flushing heat dissipation fins and negative pressure smoke exhaust method, and the heat exchange part does not accumulate dust

a.jpgWorking principle
This furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange through indirect heating technology at the high-temperature part of the furnace body. Smoke and air flow separately, heating is absolutely pollution-free, with high thermal efficiency (up to 60-75%), fast heating, small size, easy installation, reliable use, and low price (compared to a one ton boiler, this heating system is only half the price of a boiler heating system).
Performance Features
Various types of coal or wood can be used as fuel, and equipped with a secondary air inlet device for complete combustion. All technical and economic indicators of the furnace have reached the domestic level.
Suitable for materials
This furnace is a universal hot air device used in conjunction with various material drying equipment. Used for heating and dehumidifying agricultural products such as grains, seeds, feed, fruits, dehydrated vegetables, fragrant mushrooms, fungus, Tremella fuciformis, tea, tobacco leaves, food, pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, and light and heavy industrial products. It can also be used for heating various facilities and dehumidifying warehouses.
Technical specifications

Attention
◎ The environmental benchmark temperature standard is 18 ℃± 2 ℃, and the calorific value of coal is calculated at 5000Kcal/kg.
◎ The hot air temperature in the table is determined based on the output air volume. The hot air temperature of JRF4 type hot air stove can reach up to 200 ℃ or above, and JRF5 JRF6 type hot air temperature can reach up to 300 ℃ or above (special manufacturing can reach 500 ℃ or above). Users can adjust it according to their needs.
◎ The height of the smoke window configuration for the hot blast stove is 3-5 meters for JRF4 type, and 5-8 meters for JRF and JRF6 types.
◎ The corresponding positions of the external dimensions in the table are shown in the installation diagram of the hot air stove.
◎ The refractory layer on the inner wall of the lower part of the furnace starts from the grate and has a height of 0.5 meters for JRF4 type, which can be installed on site.
◎ JRF6 type is a chain grate combustion device.
