working principle:
The screw extrusion granulator is a twin-screw machine, which has two types of extrusion forms: front extrusion and side extrusion. Composed of driving, deceleration, transmission box, and main engine, the wet powder material added to the main engine is transported and compacted under the action of specially designed screw elements. The uneven pressure process is then sent to the granulation head and extruded out of the template to form granular products in the same column shape, thus achieving the purpose of granulation. Due to the fact that powdered materials are extruded and pelletized in a wet state, the subsequent processes (such as drying, coating, etc.) and operating conditions are greatly improved. Generally, it can reduce the amount of dust on site by more than 90%.
